如何上載供應商銷售退單單據？

銷售退單可以紀錄負數單據外,單據內的產品亦會自動從庫存勾出

什麼是 銷售退單 ?

本主題提供有關上載退貨單流程的資訊。 其中包括有關餐廳退貨及其對成本計算和現有庫存數量影響的資訊。餐廳可能出於各種原因退貨。 例如，某物品可能有瑕疵，或者可能不符合餐廳的期望。 一般在收到餐廳的要求後，供應商會發出一張銷售退單並把貨品收回。

銷售退單一般以"Credit Note" 或 “退貨單" 或 “銷售退單“ 字眼呈現。不管供應商單據上的金額及數量以正數或負數呈現, 在Costflows 中都會以負數紀錄。

如何上載銷售退單？

與上載一般單據流程無異,但在上載時須注意以下事項

  • 點選單據詳情 把單據種類由供應商單據切換成銷售退貨單
  • 在切換成功後黑色標籤"-$"會出現
  • 輸入銷售退單的金額
  • 開始上載
